Become part of our Information Systems department as a member of the Functional Consultant’s team and develop yourself in a multinational context!

As a Functional Consultant you will be a partner for the business, providing the most appropriate, secure and innovative technology. You will be the link with the business and the teams, helping them to design and deploy the necessary tools for the day-to-day work.

For the performance of this role it will be essential that you are aligned with the mission/vision of the department: "To be a partner for the business, providing the most appropriate, secure and innovative technology; working with passion on processes and people with the aim of driving the global transformation of the company".

Funciones

  • You will conduct participate in workshops with business teams to align processes between areas.
  • You will train in the processes and in the use of the tools
  • You will accompany business users in the transformation process.
  • You will participate in the construction and design of the technical solution based on the business requirements obtained, with the objective of finding a standard, homogeneous, scalable and sustainable solution
  • You will give first level support to the users related to your stream and identify improvements in the processes you support
  • You will be a point of support for the business and key users of your stream
  • You will collaborate with the technical team, providing the necessary information for the execution of developments and giving the necessary support to ensure that tasks can be executed correctly
  • You will make good use of internal IT tools (Ticketing System and Project Management System).
  • You will give attention to the Tickets of your stream

Requisitos

  • Technical studies in the IT area
  • You have completed your studies less than three years ago.
  • An internship experience in implementation of tools is desirable
  • You are fluent in Spanish and good knowledge of English
  • Desirable knowledge of ERP
  • Knowledge of MS SQL Server, ticket management tools (Pro-Activa, Jira), project management tools (Smartsheet) is a plus
