Descripción

The Customer Success department is a key player, as it is an opportunity generator in customer relationship management. This department comes into play once our product has been sold, and works towards the success of the product and the benefit of the customer.

Therefore, the main goal of the Customer Success Department is to understand in depth the business of our partners, knowing exactly which of our products can help them develop their business.

Your objective as a payments specialist is to provide all the information needed in order to present our online payment solution to our customers. To achieve your objective it is important that you need to have a go getter attitude and be capable of understanding our customer payment needs.



Funciones

  • Gather all the feedback information to analyze the opportunity.
  • Contact our customers to offer our new payment solution.
  • Find solutions to the customer needs and questions.
  • Providing excellent customer experience and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Analyzing and Proposing improvements in the process for higher efficiency.
  • Guide the customer through the payment solution implementation process. From the first contact until the onboarding process is complete.
  • Understand the payments solutions marke.

Requisitos

  • You MUST be a go-getter result focused person.
  • Demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of the payments world is required.
  • Being a team player and confidently collaborating with other departments.
  • Positive attitude towards customers, colleagues, changes, and challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, within the company and externally with clients.
  • Fluency in speaking English, Spanish and French.
  • Proficient computer skills, with a good working knowledge of Excel.
  • Resolutive and able to overcome any trouble you might have.

Useful:

  • Familiarity with B2B and sales processes.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a focus on the quality of work.
  • Strong social skills.
  • If you know any other language like Portuguese, Italian, etc is definitely a plus.
  • Experience in fintech solutions is desired.
